Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment and Refund Policy:

1. Jewefy reserves the right to impose new fees for using the service. In such cases, you will be informed and have the right to continue or terminate the agreement. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the current service prices. Since no refunds will be provided by Jewefy, once fees are incurred.
2. Jewefy may impose additional fees if new services are added or existing ones updated. Renewal or continuation of the contract between Jewefy and its users may also involve additional charges.
3. If you fail to pay the subscription fees due in the Jewefy system, Jewefy will grant you a maximum grace period of 7 days before blocking your access to the service and the data available on it. Please note that this grace period is subject to additional fees imposed by Jewefy, which are payable.
4. You must pay for Jewefy services once you decide to use them after the free trial period ends. You are responsible for paying all fees on time and acknowledge that any amount paid is non-refundable.
5. By agreeing to these terms, you accept that your eligibility to access the data provided in the Jewefy system is tied to your active account and paid subscription. Failure to pay the dues will result in restricted access to the service and the data provided therein.
6. You have the right to close your account at any time; however, you will remain responsible for any unpaid subscription and other charges already incurred. Jewefy will not issue refunds for amounts previously charged through our services once your account is closed.
7. In some cases, we may not allow you to close your account for the following reasons:

• If there are open or pending purchase or payment transactions.
• If you owe money to Jewefy for using the services.
